CREAM CONNECT / TRANSPARENCY

A little comparison. A better buy.

Cream Connect brings together local shopping and selected online products. Browse nearby shops in our local shopping app, or explore Amazon affiliate products chosen by Cream Connect.

Shop with local businesses

Use Shop nearby to browse local businesses, products and services. Local orders use the Cream Connect shopping app. Confirm the seller, price, availability and pickup or delivery options before placing an order. Local shop owners can use the merchant portal to manage their business.

Browse online product picks

Our admin selects and publishes Amazon products with an original description and an Amazon affiliate link. Manually published listings do not claim live prices, stock or customer ratings. Open the exact Amazon product page to check those details. Draft and archived products are not shown publicly.

Search in your shopping country

Smart search can suggest spelling corrections and recognise price phrases such as “under 5k.” You can choose to search exactly as typed. Suggestions come from a local product vocabulary; they are not live inventory or popularity claims. Country selection controls the retailer marketplaces and currency used for your search. Coverage varies by provider and country. If no product API is connected, we show clearly labelled links to search retailers directly. These links are not live price comparisons. Approved affiliate search links are marked separately.

Compare like with like

Listings are grouped only when their complete titles and conditions match, or a provider supplies the same GTIN. Title matches are not a guarantee of an identical product. Check the model, storage, size, colour, pack quantity, condition and warranty. We do not mix currencies or convert prices to suggest a saving.

Prices and ratings have a source

Product cards show the retailer, the retrieval time and the price provided by the product API. Results can be cached for up to five minutes. Shipping, taxes, membership offers, location and availability may affect your final total. We show a rating and review count only when supplied by the provider, with its source. Seller feedback is not presented as a product rating. We do not copy customer review text.

Buy directly from your chosen retailer

For online affiliate listings, Amazon handles checkout, payment, shipping, returns and customer service under its own terms. Curated Amazon links open the product directly. API-generated comparison links may expire; repeat your search to refresh those links. Local shop orders are handled separately through Cream Connect’s local shopping app.
